Our Policy

We do not offer refunds.

If unsatisfied with your service, please call and schedule a redo appointment. After your initial service date, you must arrange an appointment to fix your nails and all other services. After 7 days, we may charge to have it fixed. There will be an extra charge if we change it to an entirely different color (unless the color used was bad). We can only redo the same type of nails or service at no charge. There may be an extra charge if customers want to change to different types of colors, nails, or another service.
